This Privacy Statement describes why and how we collect, use, and who we may disclose your personal data (information) with, during your visit to this website or when you give your personal information to us along any channel.

In order that we can administer our services,(which is primarily installation,maintenance and servicing) we will need to process (for example, collect, use, hold, transfer) your personal data. We will only collect the personal information necessary to fulfil the service or activity you select. We will not collect special categories or childrens personal information  All information you provide is at your discretion.

We may monitor, record,store and use any telephone communication to check any instructions given to us, for training purposes, for compliance purposes, for crime prevention and to improve the quality of our customer service.  Recorded phone calls are held securely by Network Telecom and will be deleted after 30 days.
Who do we share your information with
Under the data protection regulation Smarts Plumbing Specialists are the ‘Controller’, that means that we are responsible for the protection of your information, including where it is shared with other organisations or persons that help us deliver our services to you (‘processors’).
Smarts Plumbing Specialists are also ‘Processors’ when conducting business for example with Builders for new build installations. Where we are ‘Processors’ we are governed by their privacy policy.
Third Parties
In order to respond to your requests or enquiries regarding our services, we may share your data with third party contacts in order for us to provide the best service for you. Where this is necessary, data sharing and processing agreements will be in place. For example our IT company who supports our website and other business systems.
This might include processors outside the EU/EEA, in which case we will ensure that adequate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data, including in particular the agreement of EU Standard Contractual Clauses between us and the processor.
There may also be circumstances by which we need to disclose your information to meet a legal obligation. For example, by court order or in regard to a claim.
How long we keep the information for
